Everything you need to know about Core
Do I need to be a business to order?
No. Anyone can place an order through Core. If you've got a logo and a vision, you're good to go. Hen do, stag do, party, holiday, festival or business, we've got you covered.
What are your minimum order quantities?
The minimum order quantity is 10 units per product.
Is there a maximum order quantity?
No, but for orders over 300 units, we recommend emailing the Brand Stamp team at [email protected] who will be able to offer more competitive pricing.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship in 7 - 14 working days of placing your order. You'll see an estimated delivery date at checkout and receive tracking once it's dispatched. If you have a super rushed order, please email [email protected] and we will see what is possible.
Is my order checked by a human?
Yes. Every order is reviewed by a merch expert in London to make sure your artwork will print or embroider beautifully. If we spot anything that needs adjusting, we'll be in touch.
What file type should I upload?
We accept SVG, PNG, JPG, JPEG, and WEBP files. Vector files (SVG) give the cleanest finish. If using Canva, just export your design as a high-res PNG or SVG with no background. Simple and sharp.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we'll do our best to help, however, here at Core, we move fast, so best to be 100% sure before ordering. Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible, and we'll take it from there.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Since everything is made to order, we don't offer returns. But if something's not right, we'll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within the UK. If you need international shipping, reach out to the Brand Stamp team at [email protected] who will be able to help.
