Once your order is placed, your products will be printed, packed, and shipped in 7 - 14 working days.You'll receive tracking details as soon as your items are on the move.

We currently ship across the UK. If you're looking to place an international order, please reach outvia our contact page, and we'll do our best to help.

Please note: While we dispatch all orders on time, we are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers once the package has left our studio.

Returns

Every Core order is made just for you. That's part of what makes our merch feel personal, thoughtful,and aligned with your brand.

Because of this, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

All custom orders are final and non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

While we can't accept returns on custom goods, if there's an issue with your order, such as amanufacturing fault or error, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. We'll always work toput things right.
