These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Core by Brand Stamp ("we," "us," or "our")when you visit our website, interact with our content, or place an order. If you disagree with any part of these terms—or our Privacy Policy—we recommend not using the site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always apply at the time of your visit or purchase.
1. Using Our Site
By using core-merch.com, you agree to:
- Use the platform responsibly and only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information when placing an order
- Avoid any actions that disrupt or compromise the site's integrity
We reserve the right to suspend or deny access without notice if we believe there has been any misuse or breach of these Terms.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We update stock regularly, but quantities can shift quickly. If something sells out while you're placing your order, we'll be in touch to offer a suitable alternative or a full refund if nothing else works.
Some items may be shipped by Core directly, while others may be fulfilled by a trusted third party. In these cases, we may act as the seller's agent.
We must receive payment in full before processing your order. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is accepted. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order if stock becomes unavailable or if an issue arises. In this case, you'll be notified promptly and refunded in full.
Prices
- All prices are listed clearly on the product page
- Prices are subject to change but won't affect orders already confirmed
- If a pricing error is discovered, we'll contact you before dispatching or cancel the order if necessary
We use third-party payment processors and make no representations about their service quality or performance.
3. Your Details & Account
When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and delivery information
- Keep your login credentials secure

4. Customisation & Proof Approval
All Core products are custom-made. By uploading your brand assets, you confirm that you own or have rights to use those files, and that you authorise us to reproduce them for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Artwork Proofs
- Proofs are not to scale—they're illustrative only and are based on a size M for the apparel items.
- Please check spelling, layout, sizing, and positioning carefully
- Once approved, changes may not be possible and may incur additional costs or delays
Pantone & Artwork Specs
If you have specific Pantone references or artwork guidelines, include them in the order notes. If not provided, we cannot be held responsible for minor colour variations or misalignment with brand standards.
Tolerances
- Order size may vary ±5%
- Logo placement and sizing may vary ±5%
- Colours may appear differently on screen than in print
- Dye variations may occur between fabric batches
We've taken care to represent our products as clearly and accurately as possible, especially when it comes to colours and imagery. That said, how colours appear can vary depending on your screen settings or device. We can't guarantee an exact match between what you see online and the final product.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver within 2 weeks of order confirmation, though timelines may vary based on product type and logistics.
If you miss your delivery, follow the instructions in your courier's message or delivery slip.
If a parcel is stolen, liability depends on whether you granted permission for it to be left unattended (e.g., via a safe place selection). If such permission was given, we are not liable for replacement.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions, strikes, weather, or natural disasters.
6. Returns & Order Issues
Since all items are custom-branded, we only accept returns for:
- Production defects
- Incorrect or damaged orders

7. Intellectual Property
All images, design elements, layouts, and copy on core-merch.com belong to Brand Stamp Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission.
You retain full rights to any branding, logos, or designs you upload. We will never use your brand assets outside the scope of your order without your consent.
Social Sharing
If you don't want your merch featured on our social channels, just let us know in advance.
8. Care Instructions
To keep your merch looking its best:
- Printed apparel: Wash inside-out at 20–30°C, air dry (no tumble drying)
- Totes & caps: Sponge clean only
If unsure, contact us for guidance.
Please note: We are not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, or handling of items after delivery. Following care guidelines is essential to preserve the integrity and appearance of your products.
9. Legal Safeguards
We strive to offer a smooth and reliable experience. That said, we cannot guarantee:
- Continuous, error-free access to our site
- That product colours, finishes, or sizing will always appear exactly as expected
- That services will meet a specific personal need, unless previously agreed
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Delays, missed deliveries, or courier issues
- Technical or typographical errors on the site
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
10. A Note on Legal Responsibility
There are certain things we'll always take responsibility for—no fine print needed.
We don't limit our liability where it would be unfair or unlawful to do so. That includessituations involving:
- Personal injury or death caused by our negligence
- Fraud or deliberate misrepresentation
- Any obligations we're legally required to uphold
